The more sections you complete the greater the chance you will be hired as our technology always tries to list the most comprehensive profiles at the top of the profile page search (used by employers).
Our text boxes are cut and paste enabled, so summaries from your CV or other professional platforms can easily be inserted.
Natrespro reviews every submitted profile to ensure the information is accurate and there are no significant gaps. If your profile is assessed as sufficiently complete, it will be approved, and you will be informed by email. Significantly incomplete profiles remain hidden on the platform, allowing you to return at a later date to complete your profile to a minimum acceptable level. Only authorised companies (employers and recruitment agencies) and their respective hiring managers or their assigned talent teams can see your profile, with the level of anonymity you choose.
As an example, candidate profiles with a candidate name, contact information and a job description will not be approved as there are no useful data fields for a hiring manager to perform searches that will match your profile.
You remain as anonymous as you prefer before accepting an offer to connect with a hiring manager. To maintain complete control of your data, you can reject any unwanted communications, and you will remain anonymous to the person making the initial approach.
A prospective Hiring Manager will message you when they have a suitable vacancy or project, and you will receive an introduction or an email with a job description, including an option to accept or decline further communication.
You can make changes to your profile by accessing your account setting and selecting "Edit profile". Each time you save your changes, Natrespro will review and approve your changes.
Hiring Managers or Talent Scouts from approved upstream energy or recruitment companies working in the geothermal, offshore wind and oil & gas sectors are looking for permanent staff, contractors, and business-to-business relationships.
Sign up and build your profile for free. You will be asked to complete some basic personal information along with your work preferences (for example: "Are you open to relocation?"), followed by selecting your key specialities and work history.
Your profile will be reviewed before going live. Significantly incomplete profiles which are not approved are retained on the site so that you can complete your profile at a later date.
Once your profile has been approved, hiring managers with active site subscriptions will be able to see your profile and message you on the platform, as and when they see you as a suitable fit for their job or work project. You will then be able to view the job listing and decide whether to accept or decline an interview with the hiring manager.
Natrespro traditionally has roles for the oil & gas sector, mainly in the upstream energy segment. More recently, roles in the renewables sector (e.g. geothermal and offshore wind) are becoming more commonplace, and we expect to see more of these roles in due course. The exact range of roles available will vary month by month, dependent on which companies sign up and are actively hiring.
As a candidate, you will be contacted by employers directly and their messages sent to your email will include a link to view the opportunity. You can decide whether to accept or decline further correspondence, and whether you wish to reduce your level of anonymity and reveal your complete profile details.
Natrespro is free for candidates, forever. We won't share your details with any third-party organisations, with the exception of employers who join the platform and want to speak with you, and even then, your details will be anonymous. Moving away from an uncontrolled paper system based on a traditional CV/resume, we are embedding an extra layer of security, where employers will not see your complete identity unless you choose to offer them access.
We are not a recruitment company, so we will not be looking for you to sign any exclusivity agreements.

Our platform has built-in algorithms to identify active job-seeking candidates. Those candidates will be automatically promoted to the top of the candidate job searches. We recommend that candidates perform periodic profile reviews and edits. Additionally, ranking is a function of profile completeness, so aim for 100% and you will feature more frequently at the top of searches.
Yes, this is also becoming increasingly common, especially when it comes to projects that don't require you to be offshore. Hybrid working is an ever-popular option, where project delivery is split between remote and office-based activity.
As opposed to outright rejection, we commonly hold incomplete profiles on our system so that candidates have the option to return at a later date to bring their profile up to a minimum usable status.
