We are unable to engage with individuals who use personal email addresses unassociated with business website domains.

Generally speaking, candidates will be kept active on the platform as long as they are still looking for employment or project-based work and wish to retain their profiles.
Our algorithms actively check candidate activity levels to determine whether to keep their profile active or not, ranking the most active candidates in specific searches.
Candidates may also control whether they are promoted, as we encourage them to keep their profiles up to date and to deactivate their profiles from searches once they find suitable employment.
Candidates select their desired level of profile anonymity, and candidate searches reflect and respect this principle. Some candidates will select no anonymity, and therefore, they are more easily recognised in searches via other public-domain profiles. Candidates with a keener regard towards privacy are more likely only to be identified once they are approached via our platform, at which stage they can choose whether to engage further or decline.
The first contact with the candidate via our platform will be via direct messaging, as this is more likely to result in a response and keep the candidate engaged. The candidate will be notified of any direct messages via email to their registered account, minimising the likelihood of a delayed response.
All approved candidates will have a background working in the upstream energy sector or within an industry that shares standard skill sets. We target global candidates, and our database demographics are reflective of a worldwide audience.
